At Hustle Smart Designs, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our designs. Every piece is inspected to ensure it meets our professional standards before it reaches your hands. Because all transactions occur in person, customers have the opportunity to inspect the product at the time of exchange.
2. Refund Eligibility
We understand that unique circumstances may arise. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our sole discretion based on a case-by-case evaluation.

To be considered for a refund, the item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if we determine the product has been damaged or altered after the point of sale.
3. Resolutions (Replacements or Reimbursement)
If a legitimate issue is identified with a product, we are committed to making it right. Depending on the situation and inventory availability, we will offer one of the following:

Because we do not process payments online, any agreed-upon refunds or exchanges will typically be handled in person at a scheduled time and location within the Pittsburgh area.
